Lainey’s passion lies in collaborating with organizations to cultivate thriving and efficient teams by embracing a culture of belonging. Only by recognizing the unique strengths that everyone brings will organizations truly thrive in the modern world.
After 25 years as a Management Consultant, leading numerous programs across different organizations, Lainey has extensive experience driving change through process, technology, and people. Following this successful career, she took a hiatus to dedicate her time to community service.
Presently, Lainey holds a position on the Board of Trustees at a non-profit organization in Seattle, specializing in the development and operation of Permanent Supportive Housing, with budget exceeding $70 million.
